Product Details:

HMC857LC5 is a 2x2 crosspoint switch designed to support data rates up to 14 Gbps and up to 14 GHz selector port operating frequency. The selector routes the differential input to one or two desired outputs when the selected port is placed. HMC857LC5 also integrates an output level control pin VR that can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.

All single-ended input signals HMC857LC5 are terminated to on-chip ground at a 50 Ω and can be AC or DC coupled. The HMC857LC5 output can be operated in differential or single-ended configurations. The output can be directly connected to a 50 Ω termination system, or a DC blocking capacitor if 50 Ω terminated to an ungrounded DC voltage. HMC857LC5 operates from a single -3.3V DC supply and is available in a RoHS-compliant 5x5 mm SMT ceramic package.
