Product Introduction

HMMC-5032 is a wideband GaAs MMIC power amplifier designed to operate in the frequency range of 17.7 GHz to 32 GHz. Typical applications for the HMMC-5032 are microwave wireless applications operating in multiple frequency bands between 17.7 GHz and 32 GHz. It is designed to be driven by the HMMC-5040 or HMMC-5618 to increase the ability of transmitters that require linear operation to handle power.

Keysight HMMC-5032 does not include any intentionally added RoHS substances that exceed the permitted standard.

All HMMC components are manufactured in San Jose, California, using Keysight's reliable instrument-grade GaAs process.
