The HMMC-5032 is a wideband GaAs MMIC power amplifier designed to operate in the frequency range of 17.7 GHz to 32 GHz. Typical applications for the HMMC-5032 are microwave wireless applications operating in multiple frequency bands between 17.7 GHz and 32 GHz. It is designed to be driven by the HMMC-5040 or HMMC-5618 to increase the ability of transmitters that require linear operation to handle power.
