Product Introduction

This is a high-speed, INA111 FET-input instrumentation amplifier that delivers excellent performance.

The INA111 uses a current-feedback topology to extend bandwidth (2MHz provides at G=10) and fast settlement times (4us 0.01% at G=100 to).A single external resistor setting any gets from 1 to over 1000.

Offset voltage and current drift are laser cropped for excellent DC accuracy.The INA111 FET input is a simplified circuit by reducing the input bias current and filtering and limiting at 20pA input.

INA111 is available in 8-pin, SOL-16 plastic surface wraps and is specified for a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
