Product Introduction

The INA138 and INA168 are high-end, single-pole, current shunt monitors.Wide common-mode input voltage, low quiescent current and SOT23, tiny TSSOP package enable use in a variety of applications.

The common-mode input and supply voltages are independent and can range from INA138 to 36 V at 2.7 V and INA168 V from 2.7 V to 60 V.Currently only 25μA quiescent, it allows current measurement shunts with minimal errors when connected to either side of the power supply.

The device will differentially input voltage and current output.This is converted into a current voltage set in an external load resistor set any from 1 to more than 100.Although designed for current shunt measurement, creative application circuits invite metering and level changes.
