Product Introduction

The INA139 and INA169 are high-end, single-pole, current shunt monitors.The wide common-mode input voltage range, high speed, low quiescent current, and the tiny TSSOP-8 package makes it available for use in a variety of applications.

The common-mode input and supply voltages are independent and can range from INA139 to INA169 from 2.7 V - 40 V and 2.7 V to INA169 V.Currently only 60μA quiescent, it allows the current to be connected to either side of the current measurement shunt with minimal error.

The device will differentially input voltage and current output.This is converted into a current voltage set in an external load resistor set any from 1 to more than 100.Although designed for current shunt measurement, creative application circuits invite metering and level changes.
