Product Introduction

The INA139 and INA169 are high-end, single-pole, current shunt monitors.The wide common-mode input voltage range, high speed, low quiescent current, and the tiny SOT23 package enable use in a variety of applications.

The common mode input and supply voltages are independent and can range from 2.7V for INA139 to 40V for 60V to 2.7V for INA169.Currently only 60μA quiescent, it allows current shunt with minimal error in current measurement connected to either side.

The device will differentially input voltage and current output.This is converted into a current voltage set in an external load resistor set any from 1 to more than 100.Although designed for current shunt measurement, creative application circuits invite metering and level changes.
