Der INA139 und der INA169 sind unipolare High-Side-Strom-Shunt-Monitore.Mit einem breiten Gleichtakt-Eingangsspannungsbereich, hoher Geschwindigkeit und niedrigem Ruhestrom ermöglicht das winzige TSSOP-8-Gehäuse den Einsatz in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen.

Die Gleichtakt-Eingangs- und Versorgungsspannungen sind unabhängig und können von 2,7 V bis 40 V und 2,7 V für INA139 bis INA169 V für 60 V reichen.Außerdem sind derzeit nur 60μA stationär, wodurch der Strommess-Shunt mit minimalem Fehler beidseitig angeschlossen werden kann.

Das Gerät gibt differentielle Eingangsspannungen und -ströme aus.Dies wird in eine Stromspannung umgewandelt, die in einem externen Lastwiderstand eingestellt wird, um einen Wert von 1 bis 100 Bit zu erzielen.Obwohl sie für Strom-Shunt-Messungen konzipiert sind, laden kreative Anwendungsschaltungen zum Messen und Pegeländerungen ein.
