Product introduction

The INA198−INA193 family of voltage output current shunt displays can sense the common-mode voltage across the shunt to +80V 16V from −INA19x, independent supply voltage.They can all be configured with triple output voltage scales of 20V 50V/V/V), and 100 volts/V.The use of 500kHz bandwidth is simplified in current control loops.The INA193 provides the same functionality, but the INA195− replaces the pin configuration of the INA196−INA198, respectively.

The INA198 operates the INA193−+2.7V from single to +18V drawing a maximum supply of 900μA on the supply current.They are specified over the extended operating temperature range (40°C to +125°C) and offer a space-saving SOT23 package.
