Product introduction

The output voltage of the current shunt of the INA193A-INA198A family senses the display at a common-mode voltage drop through a vein shunt from -16 V to 80 vanadium, independent of the INA19x.They can all be configured with triple output voltage scales V/V, 20 50 V/V, V/V 100.The use of 500 kHz bandwidth simplifies the current control loop.The INA193A-INA195A provides the same functionality but replaces the pin configuration of the INA196A-INA198A, respectively.

From a single operation INA193A-INA198A 2.7 V to 18 V supply, a maximum supply μA is specified to 1300 current.They are available in the contracted operating temperature range (-55°C extended to 125°C) and are supplied with a space-saving SOT23 package.
