Product Introduction

The output voltage of the current shunt for INA193A-INA198A home can sense the display shunt through the vein at the common mode voltage drop to +80-V from INA19xA V, independent supply voltage.They can all be configured with triple output voltage scale V/V, 20 50 V/V, V/V 100.The use of 500-kHz bandwidth is simplified in the current control loop.INA193A-INA195A provides the same functionality but replaces the pin configuration of the INA196A-INA198A, respectively.

From a single INA193A-INA198A 2.7-V operation, 18-V supply.They are specified for an extended operating temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) and offer a space-saving SOT-23 package.
