Product Introduction

The INA198−INA193 family of voltage output current shunt displays can sense a common mode voltage dropping to +80V 16V from −INA19x, independent supply voltages across the shunt.They can all be configured with triple output voltage scales 20V 50V/V/V), and 100 volts/V.The use of 500kHz bandwidth is simplified in the current control loop.The INA193 provides the same functionality, but the INA195− replaces the INA196−INA198 in the pin configuration, respectively.

The INA198 operates on the INA193−+2.7V from single to +18V draws a maximum supply of 900μA on the current.They are specified for extended operating temperature ranges (40°C to +−125°C) and offer a space-saving SOT23 package.
