Product introduction

The output voltage of the current shunt of the NA193A-INA198A family can sense the display in common-mode voltage drop through the vein shunt to +80-V from the INA19xA V, independent of the supply voltage.They can all be configured with triple output voltage scales V/V, 20 50 V/V, V/V 100.The use of 500-kHz bandwidth is simplified in current control loops.The INA193A-INA195A provides the same functionality but replaces the pin configuration of the INA196A-INA198A, respectively.

From a single INA193A-INA198A 2.7-V operation, 18-V supply.They are specified over the extended operating temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) and are available in a space-saving SOT-23 package.
