Product Introduction

The INA200-Q1, INA201-Q1, and INA202-Q1 are high-side current shunt monitors with voltage outputs. The INA200-Q1–INA202-Q1 senses voltage drop throughout the shunt from –16 V to 80 V common-mode voltages, while the INA200-Q1–INA202-Q1 offers three output voltage levels: 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V, supporting bandwidths up to 500 kHz.

In addition, the INA200-Q1, INA201-Q1, and INA202-Q1 incorporate an open-drain comparator and an internal reference that provides a 0.6 V threshold. External splitters can be used to set current trip points. The comparator provides latching functionality, which is intuitively implemented via the ground (or on) RESET pin.

The INA200-Q1, INA201-Q1, and INA202-Q1 can be operated from a single +2.7 V to +18 V supply with a maximum supply current consumption of 1800μA. Package options include the very small MSOP-8. All specified products work smoothly in higher temperature ranges from –40°C to 125°C.
