Product Introduction

The INA203-Q1 is a unidirectional current shunt voltage output, dual comparator and reference voltage monitor. The INA203 can feel the drop in the shunt in the first quarter at the common mode voltage at -16V to +80V The INA203-Q1 is available with three output voltmeters: 20V audio/video for 50V/V and 100V audio/video and up to 500kHz bandwidth.

The INA203-Q1also integrates two internal 0.6V reference open-drain comparators. 14-pin version, comparison references can be overwritten by external inputs. Comparator 1 includes a locking capability and Comparator 2 has a user-programmable delay. The 14-pin version also offers a 1.2V reference voltage output.

The INA203 operates in the first quarter with a +18 V power supply from a single +2.7 V.
