Product Introduction

The INA203, INA204, INA205 are home with unidirectional current shunt voltage output, dual comparator, voltage reference and monitoring. The INA203, INA204, INA205 can feel and drop in the shunt at a common-mode voltage of -16V to +80 five The INA203, INA204, INA205 are available with a three-way output voltmeter: 20V audio/video, 50V/V and 100V audio/video, up to 500kHz bandwidth.

The INA203, INA204, INA205 also integrate and internally refer to two open-drain comparators. 14-pin version, comparison references can be overwritten by external inputs. Comparator 1 includes a locking capability and Comparator 2 has a user-programmable delay. The 14-pin version also offers a 1.2V reference voltage output.
