Product Introduction

The INA209 is a high-side current splitter with a C interface power monitoring with I2. While shunting the INA209, monitor bus voltage drop and shunt. A programmable calibration value with internal multipliers combined to make the ampere direct reading. The other is multiplied by the registered watt power. With two independent INA209 features, the ship's watchdog function: a warning comparator and an overlimit comparison. This alert is useful for monitoring lower alert limits combined with a user-defined latency. Excessive restrictions are more helpful than monitoring limits, and the system can be required to shut down immediately.

The INA209 also includes an analog comparator and a programmable digital-to-analog converter (DAC), combining to provide the fastest response and current overload conditions.
