Product Introduction

The INA213 and INA214 are voltage output current shunt monitors that can sense from -0.3 V or drop in common mode to 26 V through shunt, independent of supply voltage. The INA213 offers a fixed gain of 50 volts/V and the INA214 offers a fixed gain of 100 V/V The zero-drift architecture counteracts the fullness of low current down to 10 sensing mV through shunt maximum.

These devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 26 V supply with a maximum supply current of 100 μA. They operate at -40°C with an operating temperature range of 125°C and are available in an SC70 package.
