Product introduction

The INA213 and INA214 are voltage output current shunt monitors that sense the common-mode voltage from -0.3 V or trickle through the current to 26 V, independent of the supply voltage. The INA213 provides a fixed gain of 50 volts/V, and the INA214 provides a fixed gain of 100 V/V The zero-drift architecture compensates for low currents down to 10 sense mV full scale by shunting.

These devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 26 V supply and draw a maximum supply current of 100 μA. They operate at -40°C and are available in an SC70 package.
