Product Introduction

The INA270 is monitored by the INA271 with output current and voltage shunt monitoring homes that can feel a drop from the current shunt-16V to +80 V, independent supply voltages at the common-mode voltage. The INA270 and INA271 pins enable filtering at any time.

The output voltage of the INA270 and INA271 is available with two scales: 14V/V and 20V/V The use of current control loops at 130kHz bandwidth is simplified.

The INA270 and INA271 operate from a single supply of +2.7 V to +18 V supply, drawing a maximum supply current of 900μA. They are available in an extended range of -40°C to +125°C and are available in an SO-8 package.
