Product Introduction

The INA282 series, which includes the INA282, INA283, INA284, INA285, INA286 with devices, is a voltage output current parallel monitor that can sense the common mode voltage drop in the shunt from -14V to +80 V, independent of the supply voltage. The zero-drift architecture counteracts the low current detection of low-limit drops through full-scale shunts of up to 10mV.

These current shunt monitoring operations operate from a single +2.7 V to +18 V supply with a maximum supply current of 900μA. They are available in an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C in a SOIC-8 package.
