INEMO-M1 INEMO-M1 is the smallest 9-axis system board (SOB) iNEMO module series

The INEMO-M1 is the smallest 9-axis system board (SOB) iNEMO module series. It integrates multiple ST sensors with powerful computing cores: a 6-axis geomagnetic module, a 3-axis gyroscope, and a 32-bit ARM® Cortex™M3 MCU. This 9-degree-of-freedom inertial system represents a fully integrated solution suitable for numerous applications such as virtual reality, augmented reality, image stabilization, human-machine interfaces, robotics, and inertial body tracking. The (13x13x2 mm) communication interface is a complete set of INEMO-M1 system boards in a very small form factor, providing a flexible solution for embedded applications.

Two power supply options: internal regulator (3.6 V to 6 V), external voltage regulation (2.4 V to 3.6 V)
Compact design: 13×13×2 mm
L3GD20: 3-axis digital gyroscope (roll, pitch, yaw), 16-bit data output, selectable full scale ± 250°/s, ±500°/s, ± 2000°/s
LSM303DLHC: 6-axis geomagnetic module, ± 2g, ±4g, ±8g, ± 16g linear acceleration programmable full scale, Gauss I2C digital output from ± 1.3 to ±8.1 Gauss
STM32F103REY: WLCSP package, high-density performance ARM® 32-bit MCU
LDS3985M33R: Ultra-low voltage drop, low-noise BiCMOS 300 mA voltage stabilization
