ISL21090 is an ultra-low noise, high DC accuracy accuracy with a wide input voltage range. ISL21090 uses Intersil's new advanced bipolar technology to achieve 1.0μVPP (1.25V option) of 0.1Hz - 10Hz noise and initial voltage accuracy of 0.02% (2.5V option).

ISL21090 offers output voltage options of 2.5V and 1.25V with a temperature coefficient of 7PPM/°C and also offers excellent line and load regulation. The devices are available in an 8 LD SOIC package.

ISL21090 is ideal for high-end meters where data acquisition and processing applications require high DC accuracy and low noise performance are critical.
