The ISL21090 is an ultra-low noise, high DC accuracy and wide input voltage range voltage reference. The ISL21090 uses Intersil's new advanced bipolar technology to achieve 0.1Hz to 10Hz noise and initial voltage accuracy of 0.02% (2.5V option) for 1.0μVPP (1.25V option).

The ISL21090 offers 2.5V and 1.25V output voltage options with a temperature coefficient of 7PPM/°C and excellent line and load regulation. These devices are available in an 8 LD SOIC package.

The ISL21090 is an ideal high-end instrumentation where data acquisition and processing applications require high DC accuracy and low noise performance is critical.
