The ISL26312/14/15/19 sampling SAR ADC is equipped with an oversupply of excellent linearity and temperature variations and is available in four versions – 8-channel single-ended input, 2-channel and 4-channel differential input.
A proprietary input multiplexer reduces input driver requirements, reducing cost and board space. The specified measurement accuracy is maintained with the input signal to VDD.
The low-power ADC ISL26312/14/15/19 family members provide pin intercompatibility, the only distinct analog input, and support fast replication of proven layouts across multiple design platforms. The whole family is also pin-compatible with 14-bit ISL264XX, and the 125/250kSPS series provides a seamless path to performance upgrades.
The serial digital interface is SPI compatible and easily connects to all popular FPGAs and microcontrollers. The sampling rate of a 125kSPS power consumption of 11mW is limited, only 8μA (typical, auto-power-down mode) between the sampling rate.
ISL26312/14/15/19 features up to 5kV mannequin ESD survival and popular TSSOP packages. Specified operating performance over the entire industrial temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
