ISL26712, ISL26710, ISL26708 are 12-bit, 10-bit, and 8-bit, 1 MSPS sampled
SAR ADCs feature an oversupply of excellent linearity and temperature variation. Rugged, fully differential inputs provide high impedance to minimize errors due to leakage current, and maintain the input signal to the power rail at specified measurement accuracy.
The reference accepts inputs from 0.1V to 2.2V for 3V operation and 5V operating voltages from 0.1V to 3.5V, providing design flexibility in a wide range of applications. The ISL26712/10/08 also provides ESD survivability for up to 8kV mannequins.
Serial digital interfaces are SPI compatible and easy to connect to popular FPGAs and microcontrollers. The sampling rate of 1 MSPS with a power consumption of 8.5mW is only 5μW converted between an excellent solution utilizing automatic power-down mode (5V supply), remote industrial sensors, and battery-powered instrumentation ISL26712/10/08.
The ISL26712/10/08 is available in an 8 LD TDFN or SOT-23 package and is specified to operate over the entire industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
