The ISL28108, ISL28208, and ISL28408 are single, dual, and quad low-power precision single-supply amplifiers optimized for single, dual, and quad power supply applications. These devices feature V-rails with a common-mode input voltage range extending below 0.5V, and a rail-to-rail differential input voltage range as a comparison, rail-to-rail output voltage swing, which makes them ideal for single-supply applications where ground-operated inputs are important. New features include low offset voltage and low temperature drift, making them ideal for applications requiring high DC accuracy. A rail-to-rail output stage capable of driving the ADC's excellent drivability at large capacitive loads. The device can operate single or dual supplies from 3V (±1.5V) to 40V (±20V) and ±5V and ±15V characteristics. The combination of high precision, low power consumption, and small size provides users with outstanding value and flexibility similar to the competitive segment. Applications for these amplifiers include precision instrumentation, data acquisition, precision power control, and industrial control. The ISL28108 is available in 8 LD TDFN, SOIC, and MSOP packages. The ISL28208 dual amplifier is available in 8 LD TDFN packages and MSOP and SOIC packages.
