The ISL28118M is a single, low-power precision amplifier optimized for single-supply applications over the extended temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device features a V-rail with a common-mode input voltage range extending below 0.5V.
The rail-rail differential input voltage range is important as a comparison to the rail-to-rail output voltage swing, which makes it ideal for single-ground operation input power applications. The ISL28118M features low power consumption, low offset voltage and low temperature drift, making it ideal for applications that require high DC accuracy with AC performance. The op amp is designed to operate from a single supply voltage range of 3 V to 40 V or a split supply voltage of +1.8 V/-1.2 V in the range of ± 20 V.
