ISL28127, 40V low-noise bipolar precision operational amplifier
ISL28127是40V低噪声双极精密运算放大器，其噪声和功耗分别比竞争器件减小了20%和30%。器件具有3.0nV/√Hz@10Hz的低频电压噪声性能，优异的直流精度表现为最大70μV的偏置电压和10nA的最大输入偏置电流。ISL28127还具有极好的偏置电压漂移性能，最大值仅为0.5μV/℃，可在-40～+125℃温度范围内保持单位增益的稳定。ISL28127可在4.5V～40V的工作电压下运行，增益带宽为10MHz。
