Intersil's ISL28133 is a low-power, zero-drift, rail-to-rail output operational amplifier optimized for 1.65V~5.5V single-supply operation. With its ultra-low supply current and wide input range, ISL28133 ideal for process control or industrial equipment, portable medical systems, data acquisition products, diagnostic systems, or any application that requires the extreme accuracy required for a sensor front end with a limited power budget. ISL28133 can operate as low as 1.65V, making it ideal for handheld devices with two AA batteries or a single lithium battery.
With an input bias voltage of 8μV, a peak-to-peak of output noise of only 1.1μV, and a typical temperature drift of 20 nV/°C, ISL28133 provides the highest accuracy for signal chains in applications requiring ultra-low DC noise and high gain accuracy, such as the amplifier front end of a sensor.
ISL28133 is suitable for sensing amplifier fronts for pressure, temperature, or other inertial sensors. Other applications include low-impedance current sensing, which is common in power and safety monitoring applications, where accuracy under high gain conditions is a decisive factor. The device has a maximum bias drift of only 0.075 μV/°C, which meets the accuracy requirements of applications over a wide temperature range. The maximum current as low as 25μA allows it to significantly reduce power consumption in portable applications, with a maximum input bias current of only 300pA. This op amp can operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C~+125°C.
