description

ISL28177 is an OP07 replacement with low input offset voltage, low input bias current, and competitive noise and AC performance. The competition between ESD ratings is 5kV HBM, MM 300V, 2.2kV CDM is the best. The amplifier operates in the range of 6V (±3V) to 40V (±20V).

Applications include precision active filters, medical and analytical instruments, precision power control, industrial sensors.

ISL28177 are available in SOT23-5 and SOIC-8 packages and operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
