ISL28207, dual 40V low power bipolar precision operational amplifier
Intersil's ISL28207 is a dual 40V low-power bipolar precision operational amplifier with excellent dc accuracy and excellent drift over temperature. The maximum bias voltage of the device is as low as 75μV and the typical input bias current is 60pA. The input bias voltage has a maximum drift of only 0.65μV/°C and the input bias current drift of only 0.2pA/°C, making it ideal for 16-bit and 24-bit applications. ISL28207 has a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V~40V and an operating temperature range of -40~+125°C.
