ISL28207, dual 40V low-power bipolar precision operational amplifiers
Intersil's ISL28207 is a dual 40V low-power bipolar precision operational amplifier, featuring excellent DC accuracy and excellent temperature drift performance. The device's maximum bias voltage is as low as 75μV, with a typical input bias current of 60pA. The maximum temperature drift of the input bias voltage is only 0.65μV/°C, and the temperature drift of the input bias current is just 0.2pA/°C, making it an ideal choice for 16-bit and 24-bit applications.
