ISL28110, ISL28210, single, and dual JFET amplifiers with low noise, high slew rate, low input bias current, and offset voltage make them ideal for high impedance applications with low accuracy and low noise. ISL28110 single amplifier is available in TDFN, 8-pin SOIC, and MSOP packages. ISL28210 dual amplifiers are available in 8-pin SOIC and TDFN packages. All devices are available in standard pin configurations and operate in extended stage temperatures from -40°C to +125°C.
