The ISL28113, ISL28213, and ISL28413 are single, dual, and quad general-purpose micropower amps with rail-to-rail input and output op amps with supply voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.5V. Key features are low supply current, maximum low bias current of 130μA per channel at room temperature, and wide input voltage range, making the ISL28x13 device an excellent general-purpose op amp for a wide range of applications.

ISL28113 is available in SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages ISL28213 is in MSOP8, SOIC8, SOT23-8 packages ISL28413 is in TSSOP14, SOIC14 packages. All devices operate over the extended stage temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
