description

The ISL5761 is a 10-bit, 130/210 MSPS (million samples per second) CMOS, high-speed, low-power D//(digital-analog) converter specifically designed for use in high-performance communications systems such as base transceivers utilizing 2.5G or 3G cellular device supplemental protocols. The ISL5x61 family of high-speed converters includes 10, 12 and 14-bit devices.
