描述

ISL58327 optical sensor ICs have a wide spectral sensitivity of light from 400nm to 1000nm. It is good for applications with multiple light sources, such as laser projectors. ISL58327 have three sets of gain registers for two banks. For micro projector applications, the gain registers of both banks can be used to monitor horizontal deviations and peak levels for each wavelength. The bank-switched HL pin passes through a TTL-compatible logic signal. Three sets of gain registers that can be used to adjust the light-to-electricity conversion gain for each red, green, blue laser or any wavelength in the applied spectral range. ISL58327 is a single-chip device with a 0.7 mm diameter photodetector in the center of the mold. Through TIA, a fine gain amplifier, the output driver is converted into current voltage by the current signal of the amplified photo. ISL58327 outputs can be configured as differential or single-ended. Getting a change according to each wavelength is via the I2C serial interface. Registers can be updated in real time while operating the device.

ISL58327 operate from a single +5 V power supply. This is a space-saving 9-ball glass top in a BGA package.
