ISL5861 is a 12-bit, 130/210 MSPS (million samples per second) CMOS, high-speed, low-power D/(digital-to-analog) converter specifically designed for use in high-performance communication systems such as base transceivers, utilizing 2.5G or 3G cellular devices to complement protocols. ISL5x61 high-speed converter family that includes 10, 12 and 14-bit devices.
