ISL70002SEH is radiation hardening, a high-efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator with integrated MOSFETs. This single-chip power solution operates in an input voltage range of 3V to 5.5V, and offers a strictly regulated output voltage with external adjustment of up to 85% of input voltages from 0.8V to 80V. The ISL70002SEH is controlled in peak current mode with integrated error amplifier compensation and optional slope compensation for the pins. Switching frequency of 1MHz or 500kHz pins is available. The two ISL70002SEH devices can synchronize at 180° to reduce input RMS ripple current.
