The ISL70321SEH and ISL73321SEH are radiation-hardened and SEE mitigation power sequencers designed to drive point-of-load (POL) regulators through the enable pin. A single device can fully sequence up to four power supplies, or multiple devices can be easily cascaded to sequence an unlimited number of supplies for dense RF applications.

This power supply sequencer requires only two feedback resistors per supply and requires one resistor to set the rise and fall delays. The device features a precision input comparator with an input threshold voltage of 600mV ±1.5% for the highest accuracy when monitoring supply voltages.

The ISL70321SEH and ISL73321SEH are available in 18 Ld 10mmx12mm CDFP packages or die form and are fully compliant with the -55°C to +125°C military ambient temperature range.

With minimal external component count, precision voltage monitoring, and SET mitigation, the ISL70321SEH and ISL73321SEH are ideal for controlling many of the high-density power systems in today's high-reliability applications.
