Description
The radiation-tolerant 5.0V/3.3V supervisory circuitry of these devices reduces the complexity required to monitor supply voltages in microprocessor systems. These devices greatly improve accuracy and reliability compared to discrete solutions. Each IC provides four key functions.
1。 A reset output is in power-up, power-down, and undervoltage conditions.
2。 A separate watchdog output becomes low if the watchdog input has not been switched within 1.6 seconds.
3。 A high-precision threshold detector other than V DD for monitoring power supplies.
4。 A low-level effective manual reset input.
To regulate the equipment of the RAD Hard QML, it is controlled by the Defense Logistics Agency's Land and Maritime (DLA). When ordering, you must use the SMD numbers listed in the "Ordering Information" table on page 3.
