The ISL78020 and ISL78022 integrate a high performance boost regulator with 2 LDO controllers for V ON and V OFF , a V ON -slice circuit with adjustable delay and either one (ISL78020) or five ( ISL78022) amplifiers for V COM and V GAMMA applications. ISL78020 and ISL78022 integrated and V gamma applications provide high-performance boost regulators for COM 2 LDO controllers and V on off, one V on chip adjustable delay circuitry for any one (ISL78020) V or five (ISL78022) amplifiers.

The boost converter in the ISL78020 and ISL78022 is a current mode PWM type integrating an 18V N-Channel MOSFET ISL78022 ISL78020.
