ISL78307 is a high-voltage, low-quiescent current linear regulator suitable for always-on automotive applications. ISL78307 operate from +6 V to +40 to five input voltages under normal operating conditions and operate to +3 V to start the cooled car. It consumes only 18μA quiescent current in the adjustable version without load. ISL78307 are in fixed 3.3V, 5V, and adjustable output voltage (2.5V to 12V) options. It has an EN pin that can be used to consume only 1.8μA of supply current in low quiescent current shutdown mode when the device is input. The device features thermal shutdown and current-limit protection. ISL78307 is both AEC-Q100 compliant and fully TS16949 standard. Rated for an automotive-grade temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the 8 LD EPSOIC is available in a package with exposed pads.
