The ISL9110A is a highly integrated buck-boost switching regulator that accepts input voltages above or below regulated output voltages. With other buck-boost regulators, the regulator automatically outputs no significant interference between business models. This part is capable of delivering up to 1.2A of output current and offers excellent efficiency due to its fully synchronized 4-switch architecture. Only 35μA no-load quiescent current also optimizes efficiency at light loads. Forcing PWM and/or synchronizing to an external clock may also be selected for noise-sensitive applications. The ISL9110A is designed for standalone applications and supports 3.3V and 5V fixed output voltages or variable output voltages with an external resistor divider. Output voltages as low as 1V, or as low as 5.2V, allow the use of an external resistor divider. The ISL9110A requires only an inductor and few external components. Power solutions come in sizes as small as 12.4 mm × 1.6mm WLCSP packages and a 2.5MHz switching frequency, further reducing the size of external components.TW8820
