ISLA214P is a low-power, high-performance family of 14-bit analog-to-digital converters. Designed in a standard CMOS process with Intersil's proprietary FemtoCharge™ technology, the series supports sample rates up to 250MSPS. ISLA214P is part of a 12-pin compatible family with a maximum sample rate of 130MSPS for 16-bit A/D and 500MSPS, a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) port allows for extensive configurability, as well as fine control of various parameters such as gain and offset. The digital output data is available in LVDS or CMOS formats and can be configured with full-width, single data rate (SDR) or half-width, double data rate (DDR). ISLA214P is a 72-contact QFN package available with bare pads. Operating from a 1.8V supply, performance over the entire industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) is specified.
