The LF147 is a low-cost, high-speed four-JFET input offset voltage (BI-FET second ™ technology) internally tuned input op-amp. The device requires a low supply current but maintains a large gain bandwidth product and fast slew rate. In addition, a well-matched high-voltage JFET input device provides very low input bias current and bias current. The LF147 is a pin-compatible standard LM148. This feature allows designers to instantly upgrade the overall performance of existing LF148 and LM124 designs.
The LF147 can be used in applications such as high-speed integration, fast D/A conversion, sampling and hold circuits and many other circuits that require low input offset voltage, low input bias current, high input impedance, high slew rate and high bandwidth. The device has low noise and offset voltage drift.
