The LF444 quad low-power operational amplifier offers many of the same AC features as the industry standard LM148, while greatly improving the DC characteristics of the LM148. The amplifier has the same bandwidth, slew rate, and gain (10 thousand load LM148), only a quarter of the drawn LM148 supply current. In addition, the input device of the LF444 JFET, which is well matched for high voltage, reduces the input bias current and cancels out the LM148 current for more than 10,000 factors. The LF444 also has a low-power amplifier with a very low equivalent input noise voltage.

The LF444 pin is compatible with the LM148 in many applications that allow immediate 4 times reduction in power consumption. Where to Use LF444 is the main consideration for low power consumption and good electrical characteristics.
