The LM1771 is a highly efficient synchronous step-down switching controller with precision activation without external compensation. The constant on-time control plan provides a simple compensating component design that allows for a minimum number of components and board space. The precision enable pins allow for multiple Rails sequencing and the flexibility of setting up UVLOs. The LM1771 also features a unique input feed-forward independent input voltage that maintains a constant frequency. The LM1771 has an optimized input range of 2.8V to 5.5V and can provide an adjustable output as low as 0.8V. Driving an external high-side PFET and a low-side nFET, it can provide high efficiency up to 95%.

Three versions of the LM1771 are available depending on the frequency required by the application. Rated switching frequency ranges from 100kHz to 1000kHz.
