LM25010 all functions need to achieve a low-cost, high-efficiency, buck regulator with a load current of 1A that exceeds the supply capacity. This high-voltage regulator integrates an N-channel buck switch and is available in LLP-10 and TSSOP-14EP packages for enhanced thermal dissipation. Constant on-time regulation of the plan eliminates loop compensation for fast load transient response and simplified circuit realization results. The operating frequency still varies with the line and load, due to the inverse relationship between the input voltage and the on-time. The valley current limit detection is set at 1.25A. Other features include: VCC undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, subgate voltage drive lockout, and maximum duty cycle limit.
