While the LM25010's all-functional functionality is required to implement a low-cost, high-efficiency, buck regulator at 1A of load current exceeding supply capability. This high voltage regulator integrates an N-channel buck switch and is available in enhanced thermal LLP-10 and TSSOP-14EP packages. Constant on-time regulation plan eliminates the need for loop compensation, fast load transient response, and simplified circuit implementation. The operating frequency remains dependent on the line and load due to the inverse relationship between input voltage and on-time. The valley current limit is detected at 1.25A. Other features include VCC undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, undergate voltage drive lockout, and maximum duty cycle limit.
