All functions of LM25010 function require a low-cost, high-efficiency, step-down regulator capable of delivering more than 1A of load current. Such a high voltage regulator integrates an N-channel buck switch and is available in LLP-10 and TSSOP-14EP packages for enhanced heat dissipation. Constant on-time regulation plan, no loop compensation, fast load transient response and simplified circuit implementation. Changes in operating frequency, line and load, due to the inverse relationship between input voltage and time, remain constant. The valley current limit detection is set at 1.25A. Other features include: VCC undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, gate voltage driven, lockout, and maximum duty cycle limiting.
