illustrate
The LM25011 fixed on-time buck switching regulator delivers all the features required for low-cost, high-efficiency, buck bias regulators that provide up to 2A load current capability. This high voltage regulator contains an N-channel buck switch that starts the regulator, and current limit detection, control, and internal fluctuations. The principle of constant on-time regulation eliminates the need for loops to compensate for fast load transient response, results, and simplifies circuit design. The operating frequency maintains a constant line and load. Adjustable valley current limit is the result of a smooth transition to constant voltage constant current mode when current reaches limit without foldback current limiting. The output of preimplantation diagnosis indicates an increase in the output voltage at the expected regulatory value of 5%. Other features include low output ripple, VIN undervoltage lockout, adjustable soft-start time, thermal shutdown, gate drive precharge, gate drive undervoltage lockout, and maximum duty cycle limit.
The LM25011A boasts a minimum off-time compared to the LM25011, which allows for high frequency operation at low input voltages.
