The LM2622 is a boost DC/DC 1.6A, 0.2 converter Internal switches and pins selectable operating frequency. With the ability to convert 3.3V to 8V multiple outputs, -8V, and 23V, the LM2622 is an ideal part of a bias TFT display. The LM2622 can operate at a switching frequency of 600kHz and 1.3MHz for easy filtering and low noise allowance. The compensation is given in the external compensation pin set frequency, which makes it possible to take advantage of user flexibility with low ESR ceramic capacitance at the output. The LM2622 is available in a low-profile 8-pin MSOP package.
