The LM2665's CMOS charge pump voltage converter operates as a voltage double voltage in the range of +2.5 to +5.5 V Two low-cost capacitors and diodes (required at start-up) are used for this circuit to provide up to 40 mA of output current. The LM2665 can also be split as a voltage divider with a voltage range of +1.8 V in the range of half a year to +11 five.

Operates on the LM2665 output to reduce resistance and voltage ripple with a frequency of 160 kHz oscillator. With only 650 microamps (operating efficiency greater than 90% operating efficiency for most loads) and a typical shutdown current of 1μA, the LM2665 battery-powered system provides ideal performance. The device is available in a SOT-23-6 package.
