illustrate
The LM26LV is a low-voltage, high-precision, dual-output, low-power temperature switch, temperature sensor. The temperature travel point (t trip) can be a preset range of 0°C for any temperature in the factory to 150°C 1℃ Increasing. Built-in temperature hysteresis (ton HYST) maintains a stable temperature output in an unstable environment.
In normal operation, the temperature switch output asserted when the die temperature exceeded T Travelogue. The temperature switch output is reset when the temperature is below one temperature equal to (t trip - T HYST). In the over-temperature digital output, the positive and push-pull structures are high, while the ^over-temperature digital outputs are low with the open-drain structure.
The analog output, V temperature, provides an analog output voltage-negative temperature coefficient with a negative temperature coefficient.
The drive trip test input is high: (1) the digital output is set to the field verification sum, and (2) the resulting threshold voltage V temperature appears on the output terminal, which can be used to verify the temperature trigger point.
The LM26LV has a low supply voltage of as low as 1.8 volts, making it ideal for system design. Its wide operating voltage range, low supply current, and excellent accuracy provide a wide range of temperature range switch solutions for commercial and industrial applications.
